We provide a collaborative, client-centered approach to help participants with:

    • Emotional well-being: Emotional regulation and literacy (including alexithymia), anxiety, and depression management.
    • Personal growth: Building self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
    • Relationship and family support: Family relationships and cohesion, relationship counselling, and support for carers and families to manage stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout.
    • Healing from Trauma
    • General mental health support

Counselling services are available to self-managed or plan managed participants. For NDIA managed clients, we have an arrangement with a partner provider to allow you access to our services.Ā
