Please note: Serenity counselling is not an emergency service, so our email and telephone is not monitored outside of operating hours. If you require crisis or emergency care, please see the list of mental health supports below.
Immediate Help
If you are at immediate risk or have attempted to harm yourself, please contact:
- Emergency assistance – Phone 000, request an ambulance and stay on the line with the operator to answer their questions.

For support until your next session with your counsellor or therapist, other support options are available:
