Jocelyn Gemoh (Principal Counsellor)

Jocelyn’s passion is working with families. She has a Master of Counselling and many years of experience working in a variety of secondary school wellbeing teams providing support to students, parents and staff. More recently, she has worked as a parenting practitioner, supporting parents and carers to develop relationships and routines that support the whole family. Jocelyn specialises in working with families and young people on the autism spectrum.

Jocelyn utilises an integrative practice way of working with clients. With a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and building emotional resilience. Jocelyn will tailor sessions to an individual or family group as to their particular needs.

Jocelyn is also a qualified facilitator of Bringing up Great Kids, 123 Magic, Tuning in to Kids, Tuning in to Teens, and Dads Tuning into Kids. Parents and Carers can request for any of these programs to be run on a one on one basis, groups will be run as per interest levels.

Cas Gemoh (Principal Counsellor)

Master of Counselling, B. Theology, B. Sc., P. Cert in Counselling Adolescents, Cert in Youth Work/CS.

Cas is passionate about working with clients to build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. He holds a Master of Counselling and has more than 10 years’ experience mainly working with young people and families in a variety of roles around Melbourne. Some of Cas’s work with young people has been in the areas of student wellbeing roles in public and private schools, pastoral care, youth case management, and child protection welfare.

Cas currently works as a student counsellor in a secondary school and enjoys supporting young people with their varying challenges in a non-judgmental manner.

He is experienced in a wide range of issues and combines his knowledge and experience in youth work, pastoral care, and counselling to help his clients build resilience, manage issues, and overcome their various challenges. Cas uses an integrative therapeutic counselling approach in his counselling sessions.

Cas has extensive experience working with people from various backgrounds, he has also lived in different cultures and understands cultural challenges, attitudes and sensitivities. He easily connects with clients of different age groups and cultural backgrounds and works with them in a sensitive and effective manner.
